At Zoey's Jewelry Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy Details:
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shine@zoeysjewerlybox.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange:
If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, Zoey's Jewelry Box will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send you the correct item. However, if you need to exchange a product because you ordered the wrong size or made a mistake during the ordering process, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase to ensure you receive the correct size and product.
