Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
Zoey's Jewelry Box ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Zoey's Jewelry Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages:
Zoey's Jewelry Box offers a refund or exchange if the product is damaged during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Zoey's Jewelry Box is not responsible for delays due to customs.
